As you would know that farmer brothers need different tools for agriculture. One of which is also an irrigation device. Earlier we had given you information about ‘Kisan Agricultural Machinery Subsidy Grant Scheme (State Wise)’. Under this scheme, the Modi government gives subsidy or grant to the farmer brothers on agricultural machinery.

Similarly, now the central government has started a new scheme to provide the benefit of irrigation equipment to the farmers. Whose name is ‘PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana’, under this scheme subsidy is given to the beneficiary farmers for irrigation equipment. So that the farmer brothers can get the facility to do agriculture well.

What is Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana and its benefits?

PM Krishi Sinchayee Yojana Details – Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana was launched by the Modi government in July 2015. Almost half of our country’s economy depends on agriculture sectors and hence India is also called an agricultural country. But in view of the problem of farmers of the country cultivating the land, the government is taking new steps. Under this, the government is implementing PMKSY 2021 Online / Krishi Sinchayee Yojna in view of the need for more water for good yields. The objective of this scheme is to provide water to every farm.

Key Features Of Pm Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY2021)-

Key Features of PMKSY: Krishi Sinchai Yojana – The objective of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana is to provide better system of irrigation and water for agriculture to the farmer brothers, so that agriculture can be expanded and at the same time they can cultivate well. In addition, the plan has the following features:

Irrigation System :- Since irrigation is very necessary for agriculture. Therefore, in this scheme, emphasis is being laid on irrigation system for the farmers’ fields, so that agricultural productivity also increases. Due to this subsidy (grant) is also provided to the farmers on irrigation plants.

Water system: – Farmers need to irrigate for agriculture. Therefore, adequate provision of water is also made in Kisan Krishi Sinchaye Yojana.

Increase in the income of farmers: – With Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Krishi Sinchai Yojana, the standard of living of the farmers will not only improve, but there is every possibility of increasing the income of the farmers.

Helpful in higher yield: – PM Krishi Sinchayee Yojana “PMKSY” launched by the central government is also very helpful for the farmers for higher yields. Because in this, the benefit of both water and power is being given for agricultural resources.

Contribution given by the government: – In this scheme, the central government contributes up to 75% and the state government contributes up to 25%.

Other benefits: – By using irrigation equipment through Krishi Sinchai Yojana “PMKSY” , 40 to 50 percent of water will be saved and 35 to 40 percent will increase in agriculture production. Due to which its quality will also increase.
